Many SIA cabin crew wannabe gave me feedback over the last few months regarding their inability to pass from the first to the management (4th and final round)rounds of the SIA cabin crew interview.

Reasons ranging from being lack of confidence to speak and answer questions correctly to being "tongue-tied" etc.
I think it is timely I come up with this "Advanced Interviewing Skills" in collaboration with Mr.Thomas Chia and Edmond Tay , two other SIA cabin crew executives who had just left Singapore Airlines as Cabin Crew Training Executive.

The "Advanced Interviewing Skills" or AIS program will include training in the art of thinking and speaking under pressure.We will develop your confidence, poise , and style in many different ways. It will be a joyous, creative and imaginative experience when it comes to presenting yourself at interviews. The tool is so simple that if you put into practice it can be very effective in projecting your ideas in a organised way. The organised way of effective speaking can be focused and crystallized into a simple and easy to use formula. It is one of the greatest tool in refining your ability to think on your feet".

The AIS program will be a 3 hour workshop with role play and will start with a minimum of 6 participants and a maximum of nine.

The fee is S$120 per participant.

The venue would be Sengkang Community Club, a 3 minute walk from Sengkang MRT Station and Bus Interchange.

The date of the workshop is XXX from 2pm to 5pm
